Delete your Veylo account

For the Veylo app on Android (com.veylo.vault).

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way. It takes effect immediately.

Open Veylo and unlock your vault.
Go to Settings › Account.
Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, Veylo may ask you to confirm your Google account or sign in again first.

What happens when you delete your account

Closed and kept on record

Your sign-in is turned off on every device, and the account can't be used or signed up for again with the same email or Google account
Your profile is kept and marked as deleted: name, email, profile photo link, device and app details, advertising ID, vault totals and disguise setting
We keep this record to prevent misuse of new-user offers, such as deleting an account and signing up again

Your vault and every file in it, still encrypted
Your PIN and fingerprint unlock

Without an account, "Forgot PIN" can no longer recover the vault.

Want to erase your files too? Deleting your account doesn't touch your vault. To permanently erase every file on the phone, use Settings › Account › Delete vault and data. This can't be undone, because we never have a copy.

Can't open the app?

If you no longer have the phone or can't sign in, ask us to delete your account. Email info@foxcybersolutions.co.in from the email address on your Veylo account, with the subject "Delete my Veylo account". To protect you, we only act on requests from that address, and we may ask you to confirm. We close the account as described above within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you want the kept profile erased as well, say so in your email and we will review the request.

What we keep

The closed account's profile and a record of when and how it was deleted, for as long as needed to prevent misuse of offers and to protect the service. Copies in our providers' routine backups expire on their normal schedule. See our Privacy Policy for details.
